Barbed wire and sui gas pipes

I want to draw the kind attention of Ch
Nisar Ahmed Khan Sahib, the Federal Of Interior toward the most
appreciated steps taken for the maintaining of the peace and Law &
Order situation for the safety of precious life and properties of all
people of Pakistan During Muharram processions and mujalis etc. But it is mostly observed that some often the working persons of the local administration bind the barbed wires with Suigas pipelines of the Suigas meters while blocking streets and roads during such occasions but they always for get to remove the barbed wires after the ending of processions on the same days which resulted the breaking of Suigas pipes by jerk when any Suzuki van or motor cycle pass over such barbed wire and it causing of burning of house due to heavy flow out the sui gas. I will request to Federal Minister of Interior to kindly issue strict instructions to all DCOs & Police, and working persons of local Administrations that they should avoid to bind any barbed wire with Suigas connections. However , they should be allowed to fix clamps or reg eye bolts in the walls for binding barbed wires with these clamps and reg eye bolts instead of binding the barbed wires with the Suigas pipelines for the purpose of the blocking of streets ,roads etc during Muharram processions and mujalis etc
The Federal Minister of Interior will surely issue these instructions to all concerned local bodies Administrations for strict compliance of the useful instructions in the best interest of safety of life and property of the peoples.
